Exchange/Replace Eligibility:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Only unstitched garments (sarees, stoles, dupattas) are exchangeable.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- No exchange for, stitched sarees, or if fall/Pico is done.
Damaged or Wrong Item:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery.
- We’ll replace the product or offer an alternative if replacement isn't possible.
- Shipping costs for returns are covered by us for Indian residents; overseas customers bear shipping costs.
Refunds:
- We do not offer returns. However, you can exchange your item within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanges:
- Only eligible if no fall/pico is done.
- Overseas customers bear customs duties and shipping costs for exchanges.
Cancellations:
- Only accepted before dispatch. If cancelled, store credit is issued.
- Refunds are available (bank fees deducted).
For custom orders, no refunds or exchanges.
