Exchange/Replace Eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only unstitched garments (sarees, stoles, dupattas) are exchangeable.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • No exchange for, stitched sarees, or if fall/Pico is done.

Damaged or Wrong Item:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll replace the product or offer an alternative if replacement isn't possible.
  • Shipping costs for returns are covered by us for Indian residents; overseas customers bear shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • We do not offer returns. However, you can exchange your item within 7 days of purchase.

Exchanges:

  • Only eligible if no fall/pico is done.
  • Overseas customers bear customs duties and shipping costs for exchanges.

Cancellations:

  • Only accepted before dispatch. If cancelled, store credit is issued.
  • Refunds are available (bank fees deducted).

For custom orders, no refunds or exchanges.
